President Ilham Aliyev congratulated citizens of Azerbaijan on Novruz holiday
President, in his address wished the citizens good health, happiness and a spring mood.
Ilham Aliyev also congratulated all Azerbaijanis living outside the country and wished them well-being, peace and happiness.
